  • How to declare ISI as your major

    Dear students,

    Recently you may have tried to declare ISI as your major, and you may have experienced that you could not sign up for the major in the major declaration web page. Please use the following instructions until we update the system.

    - Please send an email message to Prof. Chun with your intention to declare ISI as your major, your FULL NAME, your EMPLID, and your CSI EMAIL ADDRESS.

    What Small Businesses Need to Know About the Future of Cybersecurity and Hackers

    The article by Intel's Gary Davis states "The truest way to frame the future of cybersecurity is to expect constant change." With constant expansion of computing frontiers with smaller devices, that attack surfaces are also expanding. Combined with the hyper connected cyberworld, businesses need to stay informed of what’s going on in cybersecurity and how it may impact your business. One should know how contemporary security solutions are addressing these cybersecurity challenges.

    CSI Undergraduate Research Conference Participation

    ISI student Frank Lennon and Information Management Minor (IM) student Dennis Shpits presented their work at the 2016 CSI Undergraduate Research Conference on April 21.
    Frank's work discusses "Towards Secure Cloud Model" and presented CloudTrust Protocol and Transparency as a Service as means to ensure the cloud clients monitor the activities on the cloud-based assets.
